Hello Doctor ,
I am having high
sugar levels and have feelings of nervousness(Average 200- control it but eating Bitter gourd). And I do avoid any sweet dish.
I am under medication.
However I would like to know at home what I can do to keep myself fit on follows aspects.
1. Skin itching and thinning
2. Feeling Less cold
3. Constant stomach upsetting and loose motion.
4. Strong body and healthy lifestyle.
I would be really grateful if you can guide me. I am a housewife and this message is written by my grandson on my behalf.
