I was diagnosed as type 2 in 2017.i was able to control it well by medicines and exercise.shifted to uk here the doctor did all the tests like c peptide was 407 pmol/l,antigad as 20u/ml and hb1ac as 9.i am on metformin.was not doing any exercise and no carb control.herr they are saying for insulin.what should I do

My friend have diabetic patient actually she went fot test yesterday actually she confused with reports in fasting she have 170 after eating 180 but after eating it should be high but before and after food the variance is only 10 its posible
