I have a TSH of 9.14, cholesterol 273 mg/dl, and ldl 199 mg/dl.Please advise. My weight 65kgs and height 5.6

Have a family history of diabetes, father and sister have it. Father has type 2 while sister was recently diagnosed with type 1. I want to try and prevent or at least delay the onset of diabetes for me.

My mother has been recently diagnosed with diabetes and she also has a down Haemoglobin count .How can she improve her health and blood level .What kind of food and juices she should prefer to increase her health keeping in mind her diabetic condition. Please find her recent reports attached.

Hello Doctor , I am having high sugar levels and have feelings of nervousness(Average 200- control it but eating Bitter gourd). And I do avoid any sweet dish. I am under medication. However I would like to know at home what I can do to keep myself fit on follows aspects. 1. Skin itching and thinning 2. Feeling Less cold 3. Constant stomach upsetting and loose motion. 4. It’s been 6 months I’m under medication(Neomercazole) for Hyperthyroid 1st 2months 20 mg, next 2 months 10 mg , current I’m In my 6th month of medication with 5mg for Hyperthyroid. As symptoms going on and off some times , but there isn’t no change in my weight. I’m trying to put on some weight, it is not happening with Hyperthyroid. Can I start taking Ashwagandha? Will there be any side effects if I stop my current medicine and start taking Ashwagandha ? Below are my blood results from last 4 months: Initial Blood Test results : FREE T3,T4 : 2.41ng/dL TSH : 0.01 uIU/ mL After 2 Months of medication 20mg : T3 : 0.99 ng/ml T4 : 8.77 ug/dl TSH : 0.66 uIU/ mL After 4 months of Medication 10mg : FT3 : 2.64 FT4 : 0.59 TSH : 21.21 I'm due for my 6 month blood tests.
