My mother is diabetic and CKD patient(on dialysis). whenever she eats anything sweating occurs. What's the possible reason for this

Long standing diabetes can cause autonomic neuropathy ( affecting autonomic nervous system) which can present with postural hypotension ( low bp on standing) gustatory sweating ( sweating on face while eating) and other urinary and gastrointestinal problems as they are all controlled by autonomic nervous system.
