Right leg thumb finger swelling... patient was already been ambutation in left leg. Under treatment for diabetic.

Every morning after a couple of hours I feel very hungry. After I do breakfast I start feeling energetic, then again when I am at work exactly after 2-3 hours I feel extremely hungry, feel a little light headed and shaky. After lunch I again feel better and the same thing happens at around 5pm before going home. I exercise everyday, about 6 km walk. My father has type 2 diabetes. 2 years ago my hba1c was 5.7. I have lost couple of kilos also recently, I have stopped eating meat and stopped lifting weights. I dnt have to urinate at night, but I do feel little more thirsty I think hard to quantify. Could this be t2 diabetes? Are my cells insensitive to insulin? Is the sugar crash causing me to feel so hungry everyday? What tests should I do? I have even checked my sugars once when I felt very hungry and surprisingly they were normal 80! Are my cells not accepting this insulin or are demanding more insulin. Please help.

I come to know 3 months back that I have diabetes. Sugar level was around 200 after meal then it came down to normal because I controlled food. After 3 months I again tested and it came 227 after meal and 159 fasting. My uric acid was previously high as 30 and my doctor asked me to take medicine. I am taking regular medicine and it us 22 now. But I think range should me 10-40 so it is normal then why my doctor is saying me to take medicine. I have also blood PRESSURE but it is controlled because o am taking regular medicine. How to tackle with these 3 situation. Guide me
