My doctor advised me to take one tablet 75mcg tablet 6 days week And one and half 75mcg on 7 day why is it so please advice

Hi.. yes.it is given that way to adjust for slight escalation of dose requirements for an individual. Thyroid tablet taken in whatever strength will all add up to your weekly and monthly doses so..it's ok to adjust that way to ensure monthly requirements are met. Adjustment as same dose everyday might cause overdosing to some and underdosing to some who have very specific dose requirements..
