Having a tremendous hairfall due to pcos from last few 3-4 years. Please suggest some supplements which I can take regularly

Hi I'm Joel. 31 yr male. I got covid in May and it's been one month. Doctors noticed there is a high level of sugar in my body. From past 2 weeks I am using tablets related to sugar. 1st week I gave my blood tests and the levels were 240,400 and 2nd week they were 180, 300. This means I'm near the border or I have diabetes. What food items can I have?

How can hormones can be balanced in body especially for women above 30 there is a lot of hormonal imbalances which can lead to life threatening diseases. So how can these hormones can be checked and balanced

Can someone suggest nutrition tips for my mother? Attached her CBC reports where WBCs are less. Also, she recovered from covid at home 45 days ago. Her current sugars are well controlled (110/140 fbs/ppbs) from 15 days. But due to covid and previous diabetes, her hba1c is 7.6. Any risk of catching fungal infection due to less wbc and high hba1c score, its been 45 days post her covid recovery.

Hi, My mom is experiencing high blood sugar level 170-190 ( fasting) and 250-320 ( before lunch or dinner). My took streroid just for 8 days during her treatment ( stopped over a month before).she recivered from covid around 3 weeks back. She is diebatic patient (was on tablets but now doc prescribed insulin as well for some time) not sure why such a spike  in sugar level despite taking insulin along with tablets. Please advise, I am sending to mom prescriptions one 4th May during covid treatment and 18th post covid.

Approximately 3month ago my aunty struggle with diebetics and she is already diebetics patients. Because of covid situation we are very serious about that diecease. One day one of my biological teacher suggest a juice of SEABUCKTHORN FRUIT (Which is naturally grow in high altitude i.e. ladakh , Himalayas ). Now regularly my aunty consume that juice And really shoking news her sugar level have dropped. So, I just need a help of you that I want to know about it(Seabuckthorn) Please guide me🙏

I tested my hba1c 3 weeks back, it came 5% plus i had covid a month back, suddenly from morning i am feeling a little too much hungry, butu no frequent urination and all , can it be diabetes, plus i have high cholesterol. I had fasting blood sugar 82 .. Please help , should i check my blood sugar.or reconsider the hba1c test can diabetes develop in a day.
