I had just attempted a medical test where my blood sugar level is 348 random and cholesterol is 216 so please suggest me

Hi Doctors, I had no diabetes. I was tested positive on last month 14th and and tested negative on 31st. Admitted due to pnueomonia for 2 days and steroids were given for 7days and budamate as well..both are stopped as doctor suggested. After taking steroids my Rbs is 136 Ppbs is 298. I don't know how did it go up to 298 or is there any technical problem with lab as rbs is on 136 but ppbs is 298. Is there any possibility ? Now stopped taking direct sugar and food that contains sugar. If you can suggest some diet and lifestyle modification would be helpful. Thanks.

My mother take humalog mix 50 daily since five year. 26 unit morning and 14 unit night. Please suggest if any good insulin available at low cost.

Test report of  HbA1c :7.2 % ABG 160. Pl advice whether she is a Diabetic. If yes, is it advisable to start medication.

I hav hypothyroid taking thyroxine 75mg tablet daily.(3 months back tsh 4.2).last year I am covid positive.after 1 month I hav fast heartbeat 120-140 pm and hba1c 5.8.i checked hba1c  3 months back. so i done 2times ecg and echo all are normal.cardiologist prescribed tablet  ciplar la 20mg daily.can I test hba1c ?  Taking ciplar la 20 mg Beta blockers can flactuate lnsulin harmone? Hba1c report should come accurate.I want to know prediabetes stage.please reply

Dear sir my mother have diabetese and blood pressure from three year so she have taken medicine continue for this diesease some tme sugar normal but sometimes above 210 after meal but one new problem occured swelling in feet from three days so I have request you to please suggest me any medicine for this diesease.

My TSH is 5.90 and TOTAL T4 is 3.80 my free T4 is 1.13 is it hypothyroidism I don't have any symptoms except puffy face Is alcohol responsible for thyroid disorder
