Hello I'm 153cms 65 kgs Attaching report I've low ferritin and low transferrin And 11 haemoglobin TIBC is normal C reactive protein is normal. CBC normal Urine normal I've type two diabetes which is under control. What can I take for increasing iron? Symptoms are low energy, fatigue and weakness. Dizzy feeling at times. Please suggest some supplement or any food changes. I've dark circles and I don't like it. I think it's because of iron deficiency. Thank you
