I am a diabetic from 4 years and my glucose levels are normal but now I have a problem that my muscles are becoming very thin day by day. plz suggest something. My muscles in both hand n legs are becoming thin. I take cetapin xr 500 tab two times daily.

My mother is having diabetes but she could not carried out the Sugar level test for almost 1 years where she is having (Zukanorm-M500mg) medicine from 1 years. Will the present medicine will continue work or the it will to take Sugar level test and have a medicine.

My mother (50 years old)has tested fasting blood sugar 15 days back she had the value 126 mg/DL.and after food she has the value of 180 mg/dl.she consulted a doctor through practo and the doctor suggested to take gp 1 tablets for 10 days and asked her to restest after 10 days.she completed the course and tested fasting sugar result after 10 days is 134mg/DL and after food 200 mg/DL for 2 days.again doctor prescribed her to take same tablet for one month.now she started taking medicine.what my doubt is what is the problem.?did she get diabetes?by using one month of these tablets will she recover(does her sugar values get to normal).we are confusing she is tensed about this.is it everything normal or anything wrong? Please help me

I was admitted to hospital for 15 days due to COVID positive . In hospital I was also diagnosed as diabetic and were given insulin. After discharge I was prescribed metformin 500mg+ vildagliptin 50 mg two times for 15 days. I continued the same after 15 days but one day my fasting sugar was 54. So I stopped vildagliptin and started only metformin 500 mg two times a day with regular exercise and also eating very less carbohydrate . Now fasting blood sugar is 74 , evening before dinner 95 Should I completely stop medicine or take one time or two times a day? Please suggest

Hi , my TS3,TS4 is normal but TSH is 11. Should i start thyroid medication? And can we stop taking thyroid medication once it is normal or we need to take it for lifetime?
