My mom is diagnosed with Diabeties and thyroid last week, her sugar level is 7.2 and thyroid is 5.9 . Her hemoglobin is 8.5 please suggest what we have to do to increase her Hemoglobin and decrease sugar level. She is feeling extremely weak.

Can a urine routine be used to rule out, diagnosis, let say if i go for an urine routine and in my urine they found zero sugar, does it conclude that i dont have diabetes. , and if not what test should be done, although 2 months back i had full body profile in which hba1c and fbs came normal, but from last 4-5 days i am having frequent urination, although no other classical symptoms, my appetite is normal, thirat os normal i guess. Which teat should i have, as i have already given urine sample. And should i do ogtt if it came normal or just assume i am normal, because i am urinating 10-14 times a day,

Multinodular goiter

I have multinodular goiter, attached are the scan &fnac. Please provide me your opinion on surgery. It is benign but some doctors suggest to get it removed and some says to wait till I face any discomfort related to the size. Every 6 months I am following up with scan. Do i need to fnac every 6 months as well or a gap of 5 year is fine.

Mistakenly taken the overdose of ryzodeg

My father at night had mistakenly taken the overdose of insulin ryzodeg He was prescribed 20 units in morning and 12 units in night mistakenly he has taken 20 units in night as well . We have avoid giving the tablet and gave him a teaspoon of sugar and mango with dinner any other steps to follow please help me out.

Multinodular goiter

I have attached my reports. Please let me know if the multinodular goiter be cancerous in future and should i remove it now. I am following every 6 month ultrasound. I am getting mixed suggestions from doctor, some says not to operate till I have issues with breathing or coughing continuously. Once it is benign never it will be cancerous. 1 or 2 said to get it removed.
