Hi , i am 23 years old. I am feeling more and frequently thirsty from mast 3 4 months and also getting more than normal urination. Got my blood test and sugar level checked. All good with CBC and urine.but my fasting sugar level is 124 and pp sugar level is 140.1 . Taking some urinary related tablets as prescribed by doctor. But I am worried did I got diabetes or is this a starting of diabetes. ?

To confirm get OGTT done. Now adopt strict lifestyle modification with low carbohydrate and adequate protein and fat diet. It is reversible.
