TSH level 14

I have autoimmune disorder which causes severe allergies to certain food and dust. I never had any issues with thyroid even with this. My father passed away in May due to covid and I didn't sleep or eat well for over 2 weeks. I took a blood test start of June and had TSH 7, free T4 is normal, sugar levels optimal. I tried sleeping and eating better and tested again this month and got TSH of 14. I was previously taking calcium and milk thistle supplements and ayurveda tonic for allergies which I stopped from june. Should I make some lifestyle changes or take medication for this? Is this serious? I don't want to worry my mother.
