Glucometer measurements have 10-15 % variation to venous blood. More reliable is venous blood analysis as well as hba1c. Hba1c is average sugars of past 3 months. Ur hba1c values are in nondiabetic range. Follow healthy lifestyle and daily physical activity atleast 30 minutes per day suffices.
