My sugar level today hiked to 406.yesterday I got vaccinated with covishield. Is vaccine the reason for increased blood sugar...to normalise or the sugar level what can i do immediately...suggest any medicine to lower my blood sugar immediately...

I am suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism for the last 04 years. My TSH value is below 10 mostly. Once it was 11.5 but mostly it is below 10. I am attaching my thyroid reports for your perusal and ready reference please. I had taken Eltroxin 25 mcg according to a doctor's advice but later on when I consulted another doctor, he stopped my medicine saying that now it's normal and you are suffering from sub-clinical hypothyroidism. What should I do? I feel very lethargic & sleepy all the time. Please help and guide me.

M diabetic was told by doctor as my hba1c is always between 5.1 and 5.4y fasting is always higher FBS is 115 without tablet. With tablet night 1 gluconorm sr 500 my FBS is 102 Always my hba1c is lower. Recently I got a severe gastric problem. Went to general physician because of metformin I got a gastric ao she suggested to stop metformin. Now feeling better. She stopped my gluconorm tablet and advuse me to have dinner 7.30pm and control blood sugar with diet. What should I do shall I take a chance to control in my diet. From past 1 week am not takingy gluconorm sr 500 tablet.am on diet. Please help. Really I dnt want to take tablets

I have been applying 16 unit of 40iu/ml insulin dose in evening and 26 unit 40iu/ml in morning but now I have switch to 100iu/ml Please advise how much insulin unit should I apply of 100iu/ml in the morning and evening relating to above insulin dosage I had given (40iu/ml) Also I m using insulin pen.

Hi, Last time I checked the TSH & TPO was in January & results are in normal range (2.20) on daily consumption of Thyronorm 50mcg. 3 days back I have taken covishield vaccine 1st dose so i am little skeptical to do following tests - 1. Thyroid 2. TPO - do I need to check it again ? 3. S free Testosterone - do i need to check for PCOD

My FASTING report came to be 106.58.Should I be worried about this report.I am 31 female recovered from COVID few days back.All other reports like tsh triglycerides creatinine r all within ranges.

I have been regularly getting check ups done annually. Every year my calcium has been borderline high but since albumin was high after adjusting calcium was normal. Pls find findings December 2020 calcium 9.60 and pth 69 On 14 June calcium was 10.83 but pth was not measured and neither was albumin.( I had been taking calcium supplements 1200 mg for 10 days) 22 june calcium was 8.99 , pth was 94 and ionized calcium was 1.25. D3 in December was 23. Since December I have taking d3 supplements and after 20 weeks of taking 60000 iu d3 is 43 on 22 june. The reports done in June are post covid . I had severe covid ..medicines taken during covid till 29 may Piptaz Remdesiver Methylprednisolone 32 gradually tapered on 29 may and dexona 8 mg Azithral Ab fl n D3 Multivitamin Nexpro 40 for a month U bect injection Ursocol. My question : Is this related to covid medicine Is this normal Why so drastic change in calcium from 14 June to 22 june Thanks
