My mother has type 2 diabetes since 6 years. Last month there was a drop in her level to 55. Right now its in range of 110-190. She is on following medication Tripride 1 - 1 tab daily morning 15 min before b/f Tenepride 20mg - 1 tab daily afternoon Gluconorm p15 - 1 tab daily, 15 min before dinner I just want to confirm that whether is it ok to get her vaccinated as last month her level dropped quite low. Please confirm if the vaccine won't have any side effects.

How many times or days can I use same lancet needle in my glucometer if only I am using it and not sharing with others?

Hi, I took covishield 2 doses of vaccine. Aftr 1st dose i have been experiencing irregular spotting at random times of the day.It increased aftr 2nd dose of vaccine too. I have been reading about vaccine side affects. Please suggest how soon should i consult a doctor

Glucose Fasting level is 147 mg/dL. Glucose post prandial is 112 mg/dL. Is the person having diabetes? Why is fasting glucose more than PP?

Measured my random blood sugar as 125mg/dl, but within less than a minute measured again with the same machine as 145 mg/dl. Now I doubt the accuracy of Accu chek Active. (My strips are new and not expired). Is it normal to get such mismatched readings?
