I got my thyroid profile tested and got TSH value of 96 followed by T3 of 46 and T4 of 1.8 Please suggest of endocrinologist. Thanks!

Earlier was diagnosed with thyroid and was taking Thyroxine Sodium tab Thyrox from past 5-6 years. Kindly go through attached recent test report and suggest if patient should continue taking medicine. Currently she is taking 75mg tab.

I have been using 40 iu vials (using 6mm BD syringes) for insulin for the last one month but I want to shift to insulin pen since it has 4mm needle size ,but the pen has cartridges of 100iu , how to convert the 40 iu doses to 100 iu ? Is 100iu cartridges more powerful than 40 iu vials For instance I take 28 units of insulin from the 40 iu vial how much should I take from the 100iu ,that would be equivalent

My wife is having pain at the bottom of rib cage area. Some times burning sensation, some times eitching at same area and some time sudden piercing pain. Which doctor should we consult for this problem.
