Three years back ( April 2018) My hba1c was 6.4 and I didn't know what it meant. I googled it out and got to know it was prediabitic range. I was 92 kg which was slightly overweight and my diet was not that great. Also sedentary life style. After that I started exercising and dieting and reduced my mental stress and improved sleeping habit( All these changes I maintained only few months).Never got blood test again. After three years now ( June 2021) my hba1c is at 6.2. And since 2 years no dieting and no proper exercise. Also weight was more than what it was when hba1c is 6.4. Please help me if I can reduce it naturally. My both parents are above 70 and they do not have diabities. My siblings do not have it. My grand parents didn't have it. In my entire family only younger brother of my father had it and he was overweight and always sedentary also very stressed. I have no blood pressure issues. I almost check daily and it stands at 115/75 most of the time.

Respected person im 30yr old but my voice my bones and physical strength are 15 14 yr old boy it is because when i was 14 15 yr old a fellow puts unhygienic and hazardous substance in my books note books and tiffin box because of this my physical maturation had stopped so what i need to do to make my voice bones and physical strength like 30 yr old man

Hello I did a health checkup and my hbA1c came at 5.7%, average blood sugar at 117mg/dl and frcutosamine at 295umol/l. Non hdl cholesterol is at 207 and total at 246 and insulin fasting at 15.8uU/ml. Does it mean I am prediabetic? If yes will I be able to reverse it? I am 33 year old with 82 kgs weight and 5.7 feet height.

Hello, I have vitamin D deficiency with 4.2ng/ml and hbA1c at 5.7% and average blood glucose at 117mg/dl. Vitamin b12 at 386pg/ml and fructosamine at 295umol/l. Now I have terrible tingling and burning sensation in both my arms and legs. I am not able to sleep, as it starts at night time. I am taking Matilda forte, which helps suppress this for sometime. Well went through enmg and nerve conduction, which came out fine. But there is no proper diagnosis. Please help. I am oly taking Matilda forte 1 daily and d3 60k 1 per week. But Matilda forte reduces pain but night slight tingling wakes me up and keeps me awake as it persists.

My father, age 62 is diagnosed from diabetics and blood pressure. For diabetics he is taking insulin (lupisulin)and (lantus) and taking medicines ( ondero)(omen CDP40 for BP). Now he is facing swelling of right foot, slow appetite eyesight problem. Please suggest

Hello sir , Sir I checked up my blood sugar after 1 hr of eating but it is low , 78 .is it any concerns .sir also fell weakness in my body and fatigue.my bodyweight also low it is 55kg . And I also feel burning sensation in my feet palm during day time and after walk.

Does hyperprolactima can cause breast cancer in future? What is a parmanent cure of hyperprolactima? I have concerned doctors. Done MRI, taken cabergolin, then after leaving medication and after some time again it rises. I heard the prolactin increases mammary gland tumors and cancers. Is it true plz clarify.
