I am testing my total serum testosterone test it's result is 329ng/ml is it normal or lower side of it lower what should I do

Due to optic neuritis I am taking wysolone tab from last 7-8 month,from next week after tapping going to stop. What precaution should take care after stopped? Any specialist doctor need to discuss on this ?

Hello doctor I have been tested thyroid profile recently and I found my T3 and T4 normal where my TSH level was 15.56 which is too high. Could you please give me a advice about and life style. Can this TSH get normal without medications ? Please advice me what to do Thank you

Diabetes is fluctuating alot since last few days.Often it has gone down to as low as 56 after taking tablet ( Gimer Forte (2+850) )and in fasting her diabetes ranges between 200-300.

I am a 23 year old i work out and i am healthy 6'1 75 kg. Last year i had covid. At that time i measured my sugar it was fasting 83 and my hba1c was 5.3% it was normal. But since then i always have this on the back of my mind i can't eat freely or even when i eat sweet fruit i think i might get sugar. I feel like i should regularly test but it's not logical for person of my age to do that while being healthy

Dear sir/mam My fasting glucose level for the first time has crossed higher than limit. There is no family history of diabetes. Is there any immediate cause of concern. Also what changes should I adopt in my diet and regime to avoid any further increase. Attaching my report for ref. Thanks
