Hi, Am diabetic since 7 years, my blood sugars are not below 300 nowadays, I do regular exercise and walking everyday, I take my insulin shots also, what is the reason of high sugar's?? Thanks

I am on glucmate Sr and amlozest 20 am, b.p is ok, but I am on strick diet and exercise regularly, still my reading is 220 fbs, 222 ppbs.
