Diabetic range.
Hello doctor. My fasting diabetic range is 167. And  after breakfast it is 246. Is this very high?  Iam taking cetapin 500 mg . Iam diabetic from 6 years. Is there any need to change this medicine. Does this range effect organs?

Your Diabetes is not under control . Since you haven’t mentioned your HbA1c value . This will give us an idea how bad the Diabetes control was last 3 months . Ideally FBS should be below 130 and PP sugars should be below 7 %.
Next Steps
You should do a HbA1c test . Also the dose of Metformin is less needs to be increased you may also need addition of a new drug .
