Hi doctor, I'm 26. I still don't have beard, but I have my mustache. I read online that this can either be hereditary or due to low testosterone count. I have my twin brother who doesn't have this problem, does that mean the problem I have is not due to hereditary ? How can I test the cause ? What can I do to grow my beard ?

My sugar level remains btw 250 - 350. I want to reduce my level pls suggest diet plan and supplements help to boost the insulin level naturally .same time I m facing the problem of swelling of my knee doctor said it may be the problem of knee effusion aur it may be blood my sugar level is 353 after food Pls tell agar doctor iska treatment syringe se karein to kya problem ho sakti hai aur kya ye problem life long reh sakti What supplement can I take to strengthen my bones ?

In 2018 my sugar fasting level used to come around 80-85 and now in 2021 they are coming around 90-95. Is this a reason to worry? Is there something to worry?
