I have hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed few days back...I have 2mm module in my thyroid...thyroid sonography suggest cysts of 3mm and 5mm in size...iam having bulging eyes, tiredness,lack of sleep and low mood all day...is it graves disease?...can it be cured?

I'm vigorously exercising, on simple diet from 2 months ...in this time period I just lost 1 kg...I had hair fall, pigmentation, lower belly pouch, ovulation bleed...please suggest how to balance by hormones by medicine...I think am having high estrogen levels.

My husband has bowel problem and acne peoblem so I soak 1 tbsp fenugreek (Methi) and 1 tbsp saunf ( Mouri)  in water previous night and give the water only next day once in a week. he is non diabetic but this water helps him to reduce stomach problem by which his acne cures easily. Will this water fall his sugar level??? I used this remedy for last 7 years but no level fall in sugar. but someone tell me that it will fall his sugar level. please guide

I am on glucmate Sr and amlozest 20 am, b.p is ok, but I am on strick diet and exercise regularly, still my reading is 220 fbs, 222 ppbs. Till one month back reading was fine, I don't know these days reading is not reducing at Al. I in menopause. Kindly help me out, I am totally depressed and worried.
