Hasmito thyroiditis
I take 25 & 50 mcg of levothyroxine for the past 3 months and now when i checked for anti tpo(microsomal) it's showing 0.8 IU/ml( Three months back it was around 14.5 IU/ml) What should i do now?

Nothing. tpo antibodies only predict development of hypothyroidism. No point in repeat measuring.
