Recently I had a problem of back pain so my physiotherapist suggested protein powder plant based Ayurveda based for overall muscle strength .
I seen the ingredients where soya protein is minimum 10gms .Some people says that soya interfere with thyroid harmone
Please find the image and let me know if one tsp daily consumption is fine ?
