My fasting sugar level is 112 and post lunch is 143 , HBA1C is 6. Is it required to take medicine please suggest.

My prolactin levels are high - around 48.20. This was regular sample and not pooled prolactin sample. Should I get pooled prolactin done? I have PCOD with irregular anovulatory cycles. What should I do about this? What are the next steps?

Type 2 diabetes, on medicine, metformin - 1g bd, glimepiride 2 mg od since 2 yr. Hb1ac - 6.8, fbc and pp normal, creatinine - 0.5,muscular pain on legs and fatigue. For last 10 days, last two days I reduce to metformin 500 mg bd, now ok no pain feeling good, is it lactic acidosis?

I'm asking this question for my grandmother, she is having blood pressure and diabetes.
