Suggestions Required - Blood Test Report
I have taken a blood test today and I got the results as follows: Blood Sugar (F) - 163mgs% (Range: 70-110)* Blood Sugar (PP) - 231mgs% (Range: 80-160)* HbA1C - 8% (Range Normal: Less than 5.7)* (Range Pre-diabetes: 5.7-6.4)* (Range Diabetes: More than 6.5)* Mean Blood Glucose (MBG) - 183mgs% (Range: 65-135)* *Ranges as per the test centre where I took the test Is it possible to reduce all these levels to normal range? If so how can I do it? Kindly suggest me the best way. Thanks in advance.
