Hope you are doing well.
Your reports are normal. While we are on the topic of good health, i would advise that you try and add in some form of regular exercise if you haven't already.
Do try and reduce alcohol and tobacco use if you are. Advisable to stop entirely.
Don't have to repeat tests for a year from now
Eat as healthy as possible.
