Blood sugar
I am writing to you today with urgent concerns regarding my wife, Afrin Shaikh, aged 27. We have two children, aged four and two. During both pregnancies, she experienced gestational diabetes, which resolved spontaneously after delivery. Recently, she has been experiencing significant hair loss for the past 15 days. We consulted a skin specialist in Palghar, who prescribed medication. However, a recent report revealed a concerning blood sugar level of 340 mg/dL. I am particularly worried about this elevated blood sugar, especially given her history. I acknowledge that her current lifestyle, characterized by a diet high in sugar and a lack of exercise, is likely contributing to this. Could you please advise on the most effective course of action to manage and cure this high blood sugar? We are committed to supporting her in making the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes. Thank you for your time and guidance.
