Hello.. I believe you are not diabetic previously and not on any medications. Your sugar 2 hr aftrr lunch is 155 which is definitely not normal which should be below 140.. U fall into impaired glucose tolerance Prediabetes stage.. U r at risk for developing diabetes in future. Get Hb1Ac levels for better understanding of sugar control. Start Diabetic diet and exercise regularly to cut down your wt at least 4 to 5 kg.. It will help in going towards normal without medication..
