My mom is a high diabetic (DKA) does she have to do any tests before taking covid vaccination , is it safe for her to take the vaccination?

Hello doctor. I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism in June 2018. I'm 21 years old now. I've been on Thyronorm 50. My old doctor uses to change the dosage based on my tsh levels. I changed my doctor on OCT 2019 and he had put me on 50 MCG. The dose hasn't changed since then. I've been getting heart palpitations every now and then. My resting heart rate remains stable between 60-80 but the moment I walk it increases a bit. These palpitations never occur on their own while I'm resting. They only happen when I move. It gradually goes away when I sit down. I've been getting terrible anxiety thinking I have got some nasty heart disease. I'm scared I will eventually get heart attack.

I am 33 yr old and having 172 blood sugar after 1-2 hours of having breakfast. Got tested coz I felt dizzy and thirsty with dry mouth from past one day. Is it normal? Or something to be worried? Recovered from covid 2 months ago.

My Mother aged 65 diabetic type 2 took both doses of Covaxin and it's been 3 weeks after second dose. I have 2 questions 1) Her RBD domain antibodies against Spike protein shows 4.5 U/ML ...is that sufficient for the protection? 2) She also shows positive for Nucleocapsid i.e. N protein with value 23 in her IGG total Antibodies test, is that a useful antibody for protection?
