Fasting glucose higher than limit
Dear sir/mam
My fasting glucose level for the first time has crossed higher than limit. There is no family history of diabetes.
Is there any immediate cause of concern. Also what changes should I adopt in my diet and regime to avoid any further increase. Attaching my report for ref.
