Lactic acidosis?
Type 2 diabetes, on medicine, metformin - 1g bd, glimepiride 2 mg od since 2 yr. Hb1ac - 6.8, fbc and pp normal, creatinine - 0.5,muscular pain on legs and fatigue. For last 10 days, last two days I reduce to metformin 500 mg bd, now ok no pain feeling good, is it lactic acidosis?

It might not be due to Lactic acidosis, for diagnosis requires blood investigations and physical examination. Get your vit B12, thyroid profile and vit D. And consult me..
