My father is diabetic(10 years),he take 1 tablet of Azulix 2 MF every morning after breakfast.From last 2 month his blood glucose were normal.From 1 month he is not taking any medicine.Now his blood glucose are a bit on higher side,but this time his fasting sugar is quite high,around 170 mgdl and PP is 220.

Do not stop medications. You can continue same treatment and diabetic diet. Check Fbs and Ppbs after 15days and consult.
Get his Fundoscopy and renal profile done.
