High Fasting and PP Sugar
My father is diabetic(10 years),he take 1 tablet of Azulix 2 MF every morning after breakfast.From last 2 month his blood glucose were normal.From 1 month he is not taking any medicine.Now his blood glucose are a bit on higher side,but this time his fasting sugar is quite high,around 170 mgdl and PP is 220.

I don’t understand the problem. If your father had diabetes and stops diabetes medication obviously his sugar will be elevated.

As he has stopped medicines sugars are he needs to be on medicines. So Kindly restart medicines and recheck sugars after 2 weeks

Do not stop medications. You can continue same treatment and diabetic diet. Check Fbs and Ppbs after 15days and consult. Get his Fundoscopy and renal profile done.
