Type 2 diabetic since 5 years, with medication metformin 1g tab daily one , by October ppbs was 240+, started walking and jogging in standing position about 45 minutes, now and is 112 and ppbs is around 130 to 160 . Can I gradually increase exercise

Frequently urine pass 11-13 in a day today I have done hydroxy vitamin d is 19.3 ,urine test is normal and sugar level is 101 fasting and hba1c is 4.9.need any treatment?

Hello Dr, my father recently done with sugar test and his fasting sugar level was 132 and 2hrs post sugar level was 95. Does he need start medication and his blood picture attached below.

If rice is consumed this happens.irritation .bladder is not emptied fully.restless occurs. Urine is so hot

Iam non diabetic , tesed FBS and PPBS exactly 2 hours afternoon meals. The result is FBS = 109 PPBS =126. The result is normal or not? How often to check again my sugars. Pls suggest. Regards.

I have  my diabetes test , glucose level and Hb1ac test done and all came normal ..but still everyday after my first meal in the morning I feel very anxious ,palpation and sick .i dont understand is it because I do exercise empty stomach or my sugar level is low .. because after few hours it becomes normal .can it be just anxiety pattern or hypoglycemia which I can't figure out .

I did my blood test and got to know i have crossed the sugar level.It is high.During three four months i have been dealing with excess stress,sleepless nights and palpitation of heartbeat.I read an artical where it is written excessive stress can lead you to get high sugar.So i would like to know whether I am a diabetic or this sugar level is temporary or it might get better with time and lack of stress.My parents are both diabetic though.

My brother is diabetic, details are mentioned, last 7 days he has developed some itchy rashes which no longer is itching anymore, but a very reddish patch on both the wrist shown. Please advise accordingly.pics attached.
