My father has fasting sugar 145 and bp 164/100 he takes telmikind 40 one morning and one night...but still his bp remains high..and he takes glycomet gp2 thrice a day and we eat moderately..and are always careful to avoid sugary food.. please help

I have very over weight I want to decrease my hunger i need to medicine for decrease my appetite I have no diabetes or thyroid or any other problem please give some medicine for fulfill my appetite

I Have been diagnosed with Type diabetes in March 2021 and then  prescribed with Today hba1c is 6.8 Fasting 139 Remo-v tablet twice a day which contain " Remogliflozin Etabonate100mg Vildagliptin 50mg " However during my sinus surgery Dr. Said I should not take this medicine and should take "Glyciphage 500mg " which contains only " Metformin" When I consult with Dr. He is recommending to take Remo-MV which contain these three in it .I.e combination of RemoV and Metformin in it . Can anyone suggest which one is best and why should I take that ? Remogliflozin Etabonate100mg Vildagliptin 50mg Metformin 500mg Remo-Mv

My fasting sugar is slightly up that is 106.6 and hba1c is 5.8, do I need to take treatment? Please input ur opinions

I have stenting since 2016. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes. Fasting-134 and pp- 245. I controlled sugar intake and started walking 4000 steps a day. Now I have *FASTING- 118* AND PP-180 This according to the given measurements by the laboratory is pre-diabetes. Do I need medication to control sugar level?

My father is having blood sugar levels of 218.2 mg/dl (fasting) and 327.4 mg/dl (after food). This is the first time he checked as I insisted him to check because of his weight reduction. He is not taking any medication. He is taking home remedies like methi seeds water etc. Now my question is he haven't taken his covid vaccine yet. Can he take his first dose covishield now? Doctor I have been diagnosed and prescribed Glucobay 20 ( Acarbose) after Glucose Tolerance Test. The drug causes gas formation. Any other alternative medicine please. Kindly advise Mohanraj

Hi, I am suffring from diabetes since 8 months. Experiencing after covid + in the month of April 2021. Observed the peak reading of 350. Later consulted with doctor. Doc prescribed Metaformin 500. But still despite the continue medication suger level not getting reduced as desired. Kindly suggest the suitable. Regards vikas

Hello doc, am non diabetic. But am facing sometimes light headedness l, feeling out of energy  if I miss the time to eat. Why it happens ??? What's the reason??? I also face kidney stone problem every year. Will this cause due to any kidney problem ??? Should I do kidney evaluation???
