54 yrs old female , known to have DM for the past 10 yrs , not regular on dm medication or regular check ups, Main complaint is painless nail discoloration in fingers both hands ,It started 3 months ago ,with out seeking medical treatment .

My mother in law is having 600 random sugar, what should be the next step for us. Anything serious with her? She is looking all well and saying she is not ill also. But please suggest what next step we should do

Respected Doctors, The age of my father is 57. He is diabetic and takes metformin500 g (Glyciphase) daily empty stomach from last 8 years. From few years, he is experiencing cold feet and hands during nights . He is unable to sleep due to the issue. Is this because of diabetes and which test do I need to book for the same. We do blood sugar test monthly which comes withinlimit each time. Please guide. Thank you

My father is taking insulin from last 10 years. He uses Novomix 30 in the morning and night. Is Janaushadhi biphasic insulin 70/30 (under PMJAY)  same as Novomix 30? Can i replace it? The composition of Janaushadhi insulin is attached in the photo.
