Sir today done random blood sugar test... This is normal? What are precautions for with out dibetologist in life..

My wife blood sugar level is always 78 mg/dl for one month. She is even drinking glucose, sone sweets also. But her blood sugar level is 78 only. Is it normal or need to discuss with Doctor. Please advise.

Are sugar free tablets safe to consume by adding in tea/ coffee? I am using sugar free natura/gold available in market and consume maximum two tablets in a day.

My parents are diabetic. Can they consume sugar free gold sachet daily (on an average 3 per day) in their beverages especially tea or coffee? Does it impact  on their blood sugar level negatively? Plz respond , I am worried for them.

Diabetes mellitus with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4. There is fluctuation in sugar level. Currently he is taking one tablet of Vylda od 100 mg in the morning after breakfast and at night insulin Lantus 14 units after dinner. Attached is the sugar monitoring.

Hi, yesterday my parents were diagnosed with hba1c with values 6.3(my mother 51/f with hyper tension using telmikind h, concor 2.5), hba1c 6.7(my father 54/m with epilepsy/seizures using rosuvastatin and clopedegrel 10/75,  clobazam 5mg and caldi kind plus). Can we bring these hba1c values to normal with proper diet and without using medication? Is there anything we need to worry?

I m suffering from some allergy dont know the reason. Suddenly got this allergies all over my body itching and burning sensation even my ears eyes and inside throad.first time was on 29 nov.and then 28 dec I am allergic to pollen like same but its not the time of pollen. My sugar level is also very high like fasting is 390 and pp is 487 but its always lije tht and i bever got this type of allergies in past. What should I do?

I am feeling thirsty all the time and frequent urination from last 1 week.
