High sugar near around 200 to 300 since janu 2019. No improvement, despite of taking medicine regularly

I am non diabetic... I feel excessive hunger, sweating, shakiness, anxiety, fast heartbeat and feeling of falling down or feel like I will faint and die...Then I eat choclate, 2 tablespoon of honey or glucose biscuit and I feel normal for few hours... This episodes occur suddenly many times a day... This episode specially occur after I woke up or at evening between 7 to 9pm daily... I checked my blood sugar during these episodes at a doctors clinic but my sugar level was never below 70 but then also I got these symptoms... My blood sugar levels during episodes on different dates and time checked on glucometer at doctors clinic were 96, 82, 84 and when I checked after 4 to 5 hrs of lunch it was 75, 77, 81 etc but never below 70...Is it really hypoglycemia or something else... Really confused...Did we get hypoglycemic symptoms occurs even when we are not below 70??? Is it life threathening??  My lab reports of diabeties thyroid are normal...h1bac is 5.4...Please reply i m worried

I am taking madicine from local doctor If take these tablet digetion ,consipition Vomiting and gas problem is started

Can I rule out blood sugar abnormalities or diabetes by Hb1ac and average blood  glucose test ..?bothe my tests  are normal but still in doubt .. should I get blood sugar fasting or it's not required .?

Sir, My age 33 Iam non diabetic person, May 1st week I effected covid, that time i taken steriods, I checked hba1c jun 10th 8.5 Doctor told due to steriods sugar will high, I waited 3 months, again I tested Sep10 hba1c is 5.5 Again I tested Dec 24 hba1c is 6.1 Plz tell me sir, Present iam not taking medcine, Plz tell me sir Iam diabetic or pre diabetic Thanks

Some baba says dont use sugar (chini) instead use jaggery in diabetes ...is it true ? They further says dont use any refined oil and wheat instead go for makka ,jo etc

Hi, i got sugar test done for my mother few days back, the report is uploaded. Today she went to a doctor to consult about the report and the doctor said that she does not have sugar after looking at the report. But the report shows that the reading is above what is expected. Can you please suggest whether she has sugar or not and should i consult a new doctor.

Hi, My mother's vitamin D level is 17 and SGOT 93 SGPT 130. Is sgpt sgot level related to low vitamin? She is feeling weekness in body and not able to get up. Could you please tell if these levels are not serious. TIA
