My grandfather aged 70 is diabetic person Hba1c:7.4 , creatinine 0.8 urea 20. Is suffering from swelling problem in leg from past few days. Swelling come and goes on its own. What is the possible cause and solution kindly guide.

What is his BP.
Blood sugar not in range.its a oedematous condition. Keep watch his water intake. Take pillow below ankle while sleeping .do some testing.
