Hi, 1) My mother is diabetic patient and now a days her health is not good.. 2) She is unable to walk, she loses control of her body. 3) Unable to control Urine, without her knowledge it gets passed. Pls suggest, what should I do, which specialist doctor I should consult

My thyroid level was 7.56 in April 2021. I started talking Thyronorm 50 mcg. After four months, the level dropped to 4.06. I continued with the same medicine as per my doctor's advice. After four months, it has increased to 5.14. Please advise. Although, the level is within the range, I wonder why it has gone up despite taking medicine. I checked on 16/12/2021. Just four days ago. Hi Doctor I recently did my annual health checkup. All other reports came normal including BP and Cholesterol but the fasting sugar level was 118. I had gestational diabetes in 2018 but immediately after delivery sugar levels became normal. Should I worry? Height - 160 cms Weight - 67 Kgs

Hi Doctor, while measuring fasting sugar, should the diabetes medicine be consumed first and after 30min the fasting sugar to be measured or it should be done without taking medicine?
