My grandfather went through a bypass surgery about a month ago and he has diabetes type 2 , recently he is having high fluctuations in sugar levels suddenly sometimes it's above 300 and sometimes it's around 54 . Is there a reason for it or is it related to the surgery somehow?

I am a diabetic and feel very weakness .So I want some medications to treat this . I take teniva 20 at once and metaformin 500 twice a day.

Can a diabetic person consume Horlicks lite with milk without adding sugar. If yes how much quantity to consume.

I am a diabetic from last one year. At starting I could only feel the pain. Later on I came to know that I was having problem of hypertension. I thought that I have to manage my diet but later on problem occurred with enlargement of kidney and UTI. Is diabetes I such a deadly disease that effect the entire organs. I m 41...with FBS 105 ( in July '21) And Hb1ac at that time was 5.1% After 3 months ( i couldn't go for BSF ) But i have gone with hb1ac test.. it is now 5% with abs 97 My BMI is 26+ ( little More ) I want to check for insulin test.. What should be my fasting insulin no... Need expert suggestion..

In july 2019 at my 39 birthday I went for sugar test that time result was BSF- 94 BSPP - 134 Doctor told me you have any diabetes but keep follow up testing After Six month my BSF - 99 Than he told me to go for Hb1ac regularly after 3 to 6 months I do it regularly and result is always between 5% to 5.6% ( 5.6% was in june 2020 during the covid pandemic ) after 5 month in October is fall to 5.2 But june 2021 my BSF was 105 but hb1ac was 5.1..Doctor told me that not to worry about FSC is hb1ac is okay  there is no problem I m bit confused about the testing process Pls guide me And Now
