I am diabete and having Hb1C as 6.23 but my last GGT was a bit high, current one as 121. I am non alcoholic and smoker. Can you pls suggest

Madam/Sir , My Glucose levels were 290/350 one month back and was prescribed Glycomet GP2 twice daily and Gliptagreat in afternoon . Now readings are 125/150. Very recently joined a Diabetes management program wherein medicines prescribed Metformin 1000 mg twice daily along with diet restrictions and exercise. Could you pls give your opinion on which medications should I take among them.

My mother Aged 58, diabetic patient. She was suffering from fever for almost 1-1.5 months and shivering. In her blood test is was revealed some blood infection but source of that was not identified. Than she started to develop pain one side of her back and again CT scan was normal but Urea and creatinine level were high, blood test revealed infection. After medication her condition has improved to some extent and fever has gone. Urea and creatinine parameters yet to improve. Again her CT scan and PET scan was clear. Now her sugar is fluctuations are very high it's as low as 69 as high as 300+. Please reveal future course of action.

Hi Doctor, I am 26 year old and married. Was having PCOD earlier but now now. Recently got the pre medical reports for planning a baby, where they have done Random blood sugar (without fasting) and HBA1C (HPLC). Kindly check the images of my reports and let me know whether I am having Diabetes?

Hi my fasting sugar is 93 and pp after two hours of having breakfast was 103. Is my sugar level is good.or I am diabetic.my age is 35 yr.how can I improve my sugar levels more efficiently.

My father had covid in April and after that due to high levels of sugar we started giving him insulin..and stopped it all of a sudden without doctor's suggestion...he frequently has heart burn when he eats something spicy and sometimes even without eating spicy but he frequently has heart burn...while using insulin he didn't have heart burn...I have checked now he has 360 level of sugar...is it something to worry!?

I have ordered stevia leaves for my diabetic parents after knowing about its benefits for diabetes. But my mother disliked taste of stevia leaves when I used in her tea. So, can any one tell me about other sugar substitutes?  I have heard of coconut sugar, palm sugar, Jaggery powder as other better alternatives. So plz tell me about any other for my diabetic parents. I know stevia is one other most sought after sugar substitute. But they dislike its taste l. Currently we r using Jaggery powder in less amounts. So, plz doctors tell me about any other better alternative which we can use in less amount without too much affecting blood sugar level.
