Prediabetics
Hi I came to know am prediabetic on April, Hba1c was 6.1 .I consulted a doctor and she suggested exercise and food diet can reverse it...so I reduced 4kgs and checked my Hba1c on August it was 5.8 ... Now my question is will I be diabetic in the future??? If I can control with food diet could u suggest low glycemic index food??? List if possible...thanks in advance

Need to control weight, keep healthy diet and exercise. Your sugar always been in control,keep watch on sugar. If weight increase or any irregularties happened with daily regime in the sense of food it might possible to increase your sugar level.

Just follow diet control and exercise, u will postponed to have diabetes in future. Currently your blood sugar is normal., so just follow the same diet which u was following. Avoid fatty and junk food
