My fasting blood sugar level is 103 and my Hba1c is 5.4, am I pre diabetic and if yes, what are the things that I have to follow to bring it back to normal?

It is not pre diabetes. Fbs would be a little high bcz you would have consumed previous day rice or high carb diet. Do brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Exercises. Healthy lifestyle. Pre diabetes is completely reversible.

No you are not either pre diabetic or even diabetic. HBA1C is the marker. Check HBA1C after 3 months if it crosses 6.4 then you are diabetic. So control Intake of sugar

Hi sir. Your blood reports suggest that u don't have diabetes or pre diabetes. Still if anybody in your family has diabetes then u r at risk of developing it later in ur life. Thus start eating right and start exercise.
