My b sugar is 123 and 195 fasting and pp respectively. Mys age is 44 male. Is it pre diabetic oe type 2. Suggestions please

Hi.. This is borderline to diabetes. Frankly, to diagnose diabetes from prediabetes, do a blood test : Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c). If more than or equal to 6.5%, its diabetes.
