I am trying to shed my weight through various says but unable to do so. So one of nutritionist advised me to go for various blood tests. In that it is found that my Vitamin D levels are considerably low (3.3 ng/ml) and slightly highest testosterone levels 80.2 ng/dL Kindly suggest, what treatment i should go for. I have slight lower back pain which alleviates if there are some postural changes. Other than this I don't have any issues. My menses are regular.

Actually my mom is using medicines like below: olmezest for BP Diamicron XR MEX 500 for diabetes And Eltroxin 25mcg for thyroid She takes these tablets every month and the medication costs almost 670 INR for me every month So I have seen the substitutes for these medicines in 1mg.com and the substitutes are as follows: Olmeblu 20mg for BP Cyblex M 60 XR for diabetes and Thyrofit 25 mcg for thyroid And these costs me only 320 which are almost half price. So please let me know weather she can use these substitute tablets and weather it is safe to use these substitutes please let me know

Hello doctor, IAM 38ys old having hypothyroidism from past two years.... Now my TSH is 0.04. but diagnosed with high cholesterol. Endocrine doctor had reduced my medicine thyronorm from 100mg to 75 mg, and asked to take aztor 20mg for 4 month and after 4 months reduce the dose to 10mg. Kindly suggest how can I reduce the cholesterol... Will probably medicine help me.

Hi I have been taking thyronorm 75mg since last two month. Now, I have suffering from low fever since last 10 days. I feel low fever 99 around in evening. I feel normal in morning. After fever in evening I feel fatigue... Please someone suggest .

Dr. I've hypothyroidism since 3 months and I am suffering from many problems like main is the extreme hair fall and due to this problem I am not feeling good. Another is feeling depression and mood swings. Many times I become so much angry without any reason I have borderline sugar also. My PP sugar level detected 230 in april'17,. Post that I have taken homeopathy medicine, diet control & exercise . Due to this within two months my PP level came down to 135. Last month my sugar level was 140 & HBA1c reading was 6.4%. Should I start medicine for diabetes or continue with diet control& exercise
