Suffering from foot base pain for last 4 months. Am diabetic , consulted Endocrinology and had medicines but find no relief.

I suspect you have plantar fasciitis. You need to lose weight if overweight. Appropriate footwear is important. Suggest consultation with Physio or Orthotist. Orthopaedic surgeons help too
