2 months back my TSH is 9 taking thyronorm 37.5 MCG but now TSH is coming 17.9.. Every time it's fluctuating ,and I am gaining weight also

I am having type 2 diabetes from 6 years and renal calculi from past one year.so I need assistance regarding my disorders.

I have been a diabetes patient for a long time. Few days ago I tested blood sugar level and it was 250 fasting and 355 non fasting. I was prescribed basugine insulin by a doctor and glycomet trio 1/0.3, by a doctor. I wanted to know that if insulin intake has any bad effects? Do I have to take insulin life long or can I stop taking it when reached normal level and continue with diabetic pills ? Can I eat whatever I want if I am taking insulin?

We both husband and wife are having hypothyroid and planning to conceive a baby. We would like to know whether we can go for it. Our ages are 42 and 38 yrs.

I checked my TSH in June and it was 7.16 but when I checked again in recent month that is in November it is 2.34 and besides my T3 T4 are also in normal range. I did not take any medicine. Though I followed a simple diet plan. I also have in same weight from then. But without medicine or anything else is it possible to turn in normal range?

Hello doctors we have got the ultrasound done and the technician has said that the secretions in salaivary gland in right side is low but left side is ok what does that mean. The final report is expected on Monday. Does low secreation from salivary gland fetal.

I have diabetes since last 6-7 years. I take Galvus met 50/500 and telma H tablets daily. Recently since last 2 months my sugar levels have increased to 185-190 before breakfast . Do I need to change my medication.
