I have hopothyroid , taking Ayurveda medicine.. but even though I'm not reducing my weight at all... Some some told it's hormone imbalance.. I'm stuck at my weight ...

I was diagnosed as prediabetic 4 months ago. I lost about 6 kilos since. I recently did a blood sugar test. My fasting sugar level was borderline at 109 and my post fasting sugar levels were 115, which is considered normal. one reason could be that i had a meal about 14 hours before i took the fasting test. Is this something to be worried about? I'm Indian by the way and we are genetically predisposed to diabetes.

My mom have diabetes from last 5 year. Now diabetes tables not suit and swelling to legs .

Regular ly medicine taken but do not control my sugar level, cetrapin V3,Tenija m 500.
