I have tsh level 9. T3and T4 are normal. I have weight gain and too much hair loss. I also have too much white discharge but my periods are regular

Is it safe to take aldactone along with all the medications I am taking? It was given to me for acne by a dermatologist who knows I have pcod. I already take metformin, prescribed to me by my gynae.

I've been tired and sleeping a lot for weeks now. I've been having problems with my insulin and thyroid levels since I have hypothyroidism but my endocrinologist says it's not a problem. I have no energy for anything, I've been having nightmares, my hair I've noticed is breaking, and I get these episodes when I feel a weird sensation and I start shaking and I need to basically shove food down my throats and I feel better. I've been waiting to see if it gets better on its own but it isn't.

I have recently gone through blood test and my thyroid results are TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A 100 ng/dl (60-200) TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 6.9 μg/dl (4.5-12) THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C.L.I.A 3.43 μIU/ml (0.3-5.5). i have constipation issue too

My TSH Is 6 where normal range is 2-5. How can I control my hypothyroidism at an early stage

I have diagnosed with Diabetes so after medicine it is under control. Now meanwhile in lipid profile triglyceride came 398. for that also doctor precribed medicine. This diabetes and TG elevated in last 6 month only as i have tested 6 month before the same that time no issue was there. question 1 - how often I need to go for lipid profile to check effect on TG. question 2 - Right now I am on day shift in working but after december I will be on night shift permanent so how should I manage medicn

I am 23 years old. My tsh was 100 2.5 months ago. I continued with eltroxin 75. Now my tsh is 0.65. Should I have medicine all life long? I want to know won't it be cured fully?
