I am dibtic since 7 yrs my age is 35 I am taking insulin consegna tab trivolib,Asia,tenlicret I am taking medicine regular but my sugar level is 360 fasting and pp is 380 now I am not able to sleep as well getting desturb I have to go for urine so many times at night

I am suffering with Blood Sugar from last 17 years. My last 1) B'S ( PP) was 565 in Aug'17 2) B'S ( PP) " 224 in Sep'17 3) B'S ( PP) " 357 in Oct'17 4) B'S ( Fasting) " 226 Today my B'S ( PP) is 229 mg and HBA1C is 9.46% From last 2 months I have taking the following Medicines prescribed by a local Doctor (in Siliguri) : 1) GLZ Plus 80/800 ( 2 Daily ) 2) Istamet 50/500 ( 2 " ) 3) Tonact TG ( 2 " ) 4) Remister 2.5 ( 1 " ) 5) Voglitor MD 0.3 (1 ") 6) Diatal D (1 " ) Kindly advice me.

I want to know which medicine is more effective in pcos. Corectia tablet (allopathy)or amree plus and amycordial(ayurvedic). I have irregular periods and weight gain issues. I am 36 years old.
