Recently diagnosed with chronic thyroiditis Started on 25 mg thyroxine TSH 6.3 T3 T4 normal Too much palpitation after eating Severe Heartburn and too much salivation Taking Pantodac dsr Tab ganaton No effect Please help

I'm 20 years old and from last one week if i eat any sweet I'm getting dizziness so i had a random sugar test it was normal 89 and then again i have tried one sweet it was the same then i went for fasting and post lunch blood sugar levels checking so my fasting levels were 84 and my post lunch levels were 155 what may be the problem

I've been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and experiencing terrible night sweats that smell like onions. I thought it was hypothyroidism but my tsh was low: .37. So I took more blood tests and found out that my testosterone is high for a female: 7. I was on Junel 1/20 and my Gyno prescribed junel 1.5/30 to bring down the testosterone. But I can't handle the 1.5/30 I can't keep it down and it also makes me evacuate my bowls, it's terrible. I don't know what to do and I legit can't function normally!
